Sentence of Public Embarrassment for Stealing Gift Cards from Birthday Girl

A mother and daughter team who stole two gift cards with a total value of $80 from a nine year old girl on her birthday while she chatted with a Wal-Mart store employee agreed to display signs in public that informed passersby of their crime with large lettering. Tina Griekspoor and Evelyn Border agreed to the public shaming sentence that lasted several hours instead of jail after they used Marissa Holland’s gift cards to pay for their purchases.

Predator or Prey?

The female police officer caught a male pedophile she met on the Internet who planned to have sex with her two imaginary daughters. It seems like a open-and-shut case. However, the alleged pedophile’s parents paid for him to take a psychological test that indicated their son has no sexual interest in children. In addition, the alleged pedophile claims that he only hinted that he wanted to have sex with the undercover police officer’s daughters because it seemed to be a way to lure their mother into having sex with him and that was the real aim of the meeting he arranged.

Father of teenage murder and sexual abuse suspect was convicted child molester

The father of a teenage suspect alleged by police to have sodomized and murdered his four year old male neighbor in Mendota, California before stuffing the young boy’s body inside a clothing dryer was convicted of sexually abusing a five year old male relative. Jose Antonio Castro was accused by his wife in 1996 of the sexual abuse before being convicted, sentenced to five years in prison, and deported to Mexico. No evidence has been found to suggest that the fifteen year old accused murderer Raul Castro was also victimized by his father.
